Sponsorship Opportunities
Dinner & Breakfast meeting sponsorship opportunities of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association, Inc. (GVFHRA). We hold our meetings at a number of local hotels including the Sheraton Park Ridge, the Desmond Great Valley, and others. As a sponsor, you will be provided with the following:
- a table to display your information (during registration and networking)
- your logo presented as part of our power point presentation prior to speaker
- 2-3 minutes to address the attendees before the scheduled speaker.
- 2 complimentary seats for the event
- 200 word write up (company profile) in our online newsletter for the month of the meeting you are sponsoring.
The newsletter goes out to approximately 900 Human Resource Professionals. It is also posted and archived on our website. Company profile must be sent to us 2 months in advance.
Two sponsorships are available for each meeting.
The cost of sponsorship is:
- Dinner Meetings at the Sheraton Park Ridge -- Sponsorship $450
- Breakfast Meetings at the Desmond Great Valley -- Sponsorship $250
For an additional $150 you may have your company banner (to be designed by your company and emailed to us at GVFHRA@aol.com) ad run on our site for the month of your sponsorship.
